Qminder is a customer service and queue management system. We replace sign-in sheets and take-a-number systems with an iPad based solution to queue visitors up by name. Essentially, we help locations service their visitors better.

We are a startup that has created a product that our customers such as shops, clinics, AT&T, Uber really love. In 2016 we tripled our team size and revenue.

iOS Developer

Qualifications
  • Working experience in iOS development.
  • Publish apps into App Store and monitor them in production.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
  • Be responsible for the code quality.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies.

Onboarding Specialist

We need your help to convert website visitors into successful customers. They can do everything themselves, but sometimes they need some handholding. When is that?

We need you to get inside the mind of our (potential) customers: talk with existing ones, run tests with new ones. How can our system fit into their service processes? How to make the sign-up and setup easier? How to educate them about features and options?

We will give you all the tools you need. We expect you to take a scientific approach with a personal touch, to increase our conversion numbers and customer success.

What we expect
  • 2 years of experience on a relevant position - sales, UX, support – something customer facing, but analytical.
  • Know your stuff - Intercom, Mixpanel, Kissmetrics, Optimizely, join.me – at least one of these should ring a bell.
  • Being proactive. If the experiments fail and emails go unanswered, you shouldn’t be afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Independence and goal oriented mindset. We value taking ownership and we expect the same from you.
  • Ability to Google. Many of the questions, client,tools are unknown to us as well. We need You to find the answers.

Customer Success Agent

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with experience in a customer-facing position.

Your main task will be to reach out to our paying customers to make sure everything is in order and to figure out how can we help them even more. This position is part support, part business development, with a dash of sales.

Once you gather all the information, you will contribute to our case studies and marketing planning.

You will also be working together with the product team to figure out the most pressing technical matters that we need to address.

What we expect
  • 1 year of experience
    Past experience in sales, UX research, support or simply in a startup.
  • Great communication skills
    Fluent English, both written and spoken.
  • Being proactive and persuasive
    If no one answers your emails, we expect you to pick up the phone.
  • Independent and goal-oriented mindset
    We value taking ownership and we expect the same from you.
  • Ability to Google
