Qminder SLA
We only offer a best effort guarantee inside our SLA. This means, we will do everything we can to ensure our services are online 100% of the time, however we do not make any specific guarantees. We aim for 100% availability, and in reality these services are are often above 99.99% available.
What is “uptime”?
“Uptime” refers to the period of time when Qminder is up and running.
How do I find Qminder’s uptime?
We make our uptime public here.
How do we track that uptime?
We track uptime by measuring the server side error rate along with using server monitoring software to look at results from ping tests, web server tests, TCP port tests, and website tests. Any changes to Qminder’s uptime are immediately shown on our Status site.
